Since graduating, both co-founders have dedicated their careers entirely to the construction industry, accumulating decades of hands-on experience and deep operational insights. This extensive, on-site background has equipped them with an "engineer's precise eye", enabling them to masterfully oversee everything from structural integrity and material selection to rigorous budget control and meticulous project delivery.

Beginning with SME Construction in 1997, the company specialized in educational and institutional construction projects in Rayong Province, building a solid foundation in engineering standards, construction management, and quality control.
The company later expanded into residential property development under various entities, successfully completing multiple housing projects including detached homes, townhomes, commercial buildings, and condominium developments. Across all projects, the company has consistently achieved strong market response and successful sales completion.
To date, the group has developed more than 800 residential units across Rayong Province, reflecting long-term experience and customer trust in both construction quality and project execution. In 2023, the company expanded into the Phuket luxury property market through the establishment of One Pasak Co., Ltd., developer of the exclusive luxury villa project “Vana Anda Cherngtalay”.
